EdDix International Designs specializes in custom-made products, because each item is produced specifically to customer specifications, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production has begun.

Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details prior to production.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final once production has begun.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In limited circumstances, a partial refund may be issued if:

-Production has started but is not fully completed, and

-The request is reviewed and approved by EdDix International Designs.

-Any approved partial refund amount will be determined based on:

-Work completed

-Materials used

-Labor costs incurred

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

-Fully completed custom products

-Orders where production has been completed

-Orders delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer

-Orders affected by shipping carrier delays once shipped

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective or incorrect due to an error by EdDix International Designs:

-Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

-Supporting documentation (such as photos) may be required.

-At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund.

5. Shipping Issues

EdDix International Designs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with EdDix International Designs, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
