EdDix International Designs provides custom-designed products including, but not limited to, custom t-shirts, apparel, and other personalized items. All custom products are created based on customer specifications provided at the time of order.

2. Custom Orders

All custom orders are made to order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving design details, sizes, colors, and quantities before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Full payment may be required before production begins.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

4. Production and Turnaround Time

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, design complexity, or material availability.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of EdDix International Designs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping notifications and tracking information may be provided via SMS or email.

EdDix International Designs is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers must ensure shipping information is accurate at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within [insert number] days of delivery with supporting documentation (photos).

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for custom designs. EdDix International Designs is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

EdDix International Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
